원칙
- 1페이지 — 경력 10년 미만이면 예외 없음
- 사진·생년월일·성별·결혼 여부 금지 — 미국 채용에서는 오히려 감점 요인
- 동사로 시작하는 불릿 — “Processed”, “Verified”, “Resolved”
- 숫자를 넣는다 — “하루 처방 250건 처리”, “청구 거절 90% 당일 해결”
- ATS(자동 필터)를 통과하도록 공고의 키워드를 그대로 쓴다 — “CPhT”, “prescription processing”, “insurance adjudication”, “inventory management”

흔한 실수
- 한국식으로 학력을 맨 위에 배치 → 자격증과 경력이 먼저
- “Responsible for…” 반복 → 동사 + 결과로 바꾸기
- 2페이지 이상 → 오래된 경력부터 잘라내기
- 오탈자 → 약국은 정확성이 직무의 본질입니다. 오탈자 하나가 치명적으로 읽힙니다
- 모든 회사에 같은 이력서 제출 → 공고 키워드만 바꿔도 통과율이 달라집니다
